Urban Renovation is a design intervention focused on upgrading an existing residence to suit contemporary lifestyles while retaining its original character. The project explores how thoughtful planning and selective design changes can significantly improve spatial quality, functionality, and comfort within the same built footprint.

The layout was reworked to improve circulation, natural light, and ventilation across the home. Material upgrades and refined detailing were introduced to bring a fresh identity to the space, while lighting was carefully layered to enhance both usability and ambience. The result is a renewed living environment that feels modern, efficient, and emotionally connected to its original context.
